1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Luxsori application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.
2. Description of Service
Luxsori combines short at-home workouts with bite-sized language learning (Korean, Swahili, Mandarin Chinese) in sessions of 1-3 minutes. We provide fitness content and language curriculum for educational and health-promoting purposes.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Luxsori offers both a free basic tier and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge your payment method on file.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Users can cancel their subscription at any time from Settings > Manage Subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support to request a refund.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use Luxsori only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the app.
7. Intellectual Property
All content included on the app, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, software, and workout/language curricula, is the property of Luxsori or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The fitness and nutritional content provided by Luxsori is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any exercise program.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Luxsori, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
